Jordan and Kenzie's school is in lockdown as I write this. Luckily Kenzie did not go to school today, her classmates are still in the autitorium and very scared. Jordan was there but because he had his own car, was searched, led out by four arm police officers, out to his car, then had his car searched, drove down the football field and then searched again before being let out onto the main road. Any of his classmates that did not drive to school that day are still there on lockdown. Thank you Sha for letting us buy your car. It has saved Jordan's life today.

They are saying a girl broke up with her boyfriend, he then went home got a gun and went back to school. His mom called the school and said she did not know what he was capable of. Once he got to the high school he noticed the police coming and ran over to the Jr. High to hide. Kenzie has been on the phone texting her friends but the jr high told the kids to stop talking and texting. So here we sit waiting for the rest of our friends and family to get out safely.

On another note, Kenzie's friend Morgan got the bad news about her knee. He ACL it blown out from her cheer fall. Also, today another cheer girl on kenzie's team went snowboarding for a school activity and broke her ankle. I guess Kenzie started a new trend.

We love you all. Please keep all of our kids in your minds. I don't know how much more of this is can take. I sure am grateful here again that my kids are home safe and that Heavenly Father is keeping a close eye on them. Kenzie would still be there now if she hadn't stayed home today. What a blessing from Heavenly Father. And that Jordan was told to cover the windows, lock the doors to his classroom, to try to keep the boy from seeing in or getting in. And now he is home safe. Heavenly Father has watched over him today. How gratefull I am for all Heavenly Father has done for me and my children.

I am so glad that we are all on this thing now so that we can hear about all the horrible things that go on in each other's families. kidding I love to see you guys more then once a year during Christmas. Try and keep everyone in one piece so we can see them all again at the Reunion this summer

Holy cow! I can't believe all that happened. That is my biggest fear as a teacher to go into lockdown-for real. I am so glad that everyone is okay and that everything worked out (I talked to Sheryl). It makes me so sick how kids now think that violence is the answer to their problems. We live in a scary world and I'm grateful we have a heavenly father who watches out for us daily. Give each kid a hug for us and we love ya all!

So I need an update on how things went. Neal said that he heard something about it on the national news.
