Jordan officially was accepted to go to John Hopkins next summer. This is great. He is so excited. We are getting all the paper work turned filled out and ready to send off. He is loving his volunteer job. He comes home just wanting to tell us all his new adventures but he has a code of silence so he cant.

Kenzie is still enjoying gym. She had to miss those two weeks and you would think it was going to kill her. She is now going again and is loving every minute of it.

Ryker is getting excited for Christmas. He doesn't understand why he cant just open one. We are going to go to the cabin for Christmas this year. Troy is excited for the snowmobiling. Too bad Tammy and Neal are not here with us to enjoy all this fun. HINT, HINT.

Mike if you and Shae come to Idaho Falls let me know so we can see your new one.

These are some of the pictures I found of Jord and Kenzies accident. I am so glad they were in this pickup and not a little car.

Jordan is doing well we are still waiting to hear back from People to People Ambassador Program to see if he was accepted to go to John Hopkins this coming summer for classes. I had to laugh, Jord was telling me he has all the credits he needs and he could graduate this year as a Junior. So needless to say I called the school counselor to find out. Well after talking to her and asking if he has all his credits we found out that he never took 9th grade English. So now we are taking that class from home. He has packets he has to do and has some test he has to take at the end of each packet. He is quit upset. Oh well he still wants to take his physics class again so he can make another chebby chae.

Kenzie is happy she started gym again after having to take a two week break. She had tendentious so bad that she had to stay off it for two weeks. She has been inducted into the Honor Society and feels like a little queen nerd. That's all she can talk about.

Jord and Kenzie have had another family member pass away and the viewing was tonight. It was really a blessing. She had Alzheimer's and was fading fast. Her husband told me tonight she went three weeks without food and water before she past on. They thought she would go before Thanksgiving but she held on. Grandma Gentillon, her mom, was not ready to let her go but she couldn't swallow and more, was in and out of consciousness, and had filled out a paper to not prolong her life. So really the family didn't have a choice this is what she wanted. She was not even 60 years old yet. We will miss her.

Ryker is still Ryker. He is wanting to go back to his old babysitter. I took him to see her today when Kenzie was in dance. When it was time to leave he cried and cried. It made his babysitter cry. She has had him since he was 4 months old. He desperately wants to go back. We will have to really think about it.

We miss you all and hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

Kenzie and I just went to see the movie Twilight. It was great. Kenzie took two of her friends with her to go have a girls party. They then went and walked to mall. At thirteen I really dont think they get the full effects of the mall. In about 30 minutes they were ready to leave. I guess it makes a big difference when your mom is not there to dish out money.

We then went to go see Kenzie's new brother. Mark is still insistant that Tiden looks just like Jordan did. The only problem is he looks just like his mom and already has Marks receding hair line. Poor boy.

Well we still havn't had our first snow of the season. It is great. I would love to have all our moisture in the form of rain.

I went to the back doctor again today. He is

Jord is keeping us busy. He went to his first school dance this weekend. It was a girl ask guy dance so I hope that now he has been to one he will be a little less stressed with asking a girl to go.

He was recently invited to attend John Hopkins University to go to classes for 10 days. He is way excited. He will fly to MD. His math teacher nominated him for this great experience. He will probably be flying down in the last part of June.

Kenzie is now in an arm brace. She has acquired extreme tendinitis and possibly a stress fracture. All the gymnastics she cant stop doing as taken a toll on her arm. Hopefully the arm brace will keep her off of it for a couple of weeks. They want me to take her to a orthopedic specialist within 5 to 7 days but I think I will wait a couple more weeks and if it is still not better than I will take her in. Her arm has been hurting her for two weeks now so I finally took her in. She still has an overprotective step-father. We were dropping her off at school the other day, Troy was in the back seat with Ryker and Kenzie was in the front seat. Well luckily the door that Troy was sitting next to is broken, the child lock is stuck on. Troy was watching the boys that were sitting outside waiting for the school to open the doors, well I guess they were looking at Kenzie's "backside". Troy was pulling on the door trying to get out to yell at those boys. It was the funniest thing I have ever seen. Thank goodness for the child lock.

Ryker is just a entertaining as ever. He went to choir practice with Grandma Watt this last Sunday. I guess he was sitting on one of the chairs up on the stage while they were practicing, the next thing you know his little legs where going to the beat of the song and next he was up helping grandma lead the choir. I had so many people come up in church and tell me that he made me men sign so much better and ask if he could come and help grandma more often. He loved it.
Well I am at work so I better get going. We miss you all.

Saturday, November 8, 2008

Jordan did well at Congress today. He was so excited last night when he got home. Today was a little let down. He took second and was not able to stay and get his trophies because the other kids wanted to get home.

Jordan received a letter inviting him to join the People to People Leadership Summit. We got on the Internet and checked it out. I guess his math teacher nominated him to become a part of this adventure. He is invited to become an Ambassador for the United States and go to another country to represent the United States. He is way excited. He will be there for three weeks. We have to wait to get more details on this. If anyone has heard of this or knows someone who did this let me know.

He is going to his first girl ask guy dance. First dance of his high school career. I think he is kind of nervous. It will be good to get him going.

Kenz is down with her new little brother Tiden. He has gain two pound in almost four weeks. He is so cute. Luckily Tor lets me hold him. I don't get to be around little ones around here. I feel bad for him though he definitely has his dad's hairline. Poor boy. Tor says they don't talk about it.

Ryker is still missing his grandparents. He is still talking about moving in with them. I told dad He would have to sleep right in the middle of the two of them. He said that he is quit use to kids sleeping in between them.

We hope all is well with you.

Monday, November 3, 2008

Jordan did great on his catapult. He loved it. He said that he will do it again next year. I told him he can only take Physics one time. He has an A in the class. He wants to take it again. He was very lucky he got on the front page of two magazines for his classes catapult. I hope he gets to make another one next year just him and his friends.

Kenzie is loving all the dances that are at this time of the year. She is now wrapping her feet up in ace bandages because of all the blisters on them. I asked her why she just didn't take her shoes off if they were hurting her. She just said she didn't want to get her feet stepped on. She was recently voted for two separate categories in the year book. She won "most gullible" and "cutest girl." I guess they will only let her have one win so since she had the most votes in most gullible they gave her that. She was pretty upset that they gave her that one because she won that one last year. Oh well that fits her quite well.

Ryker is still loving preschool. He gets to make some cute things. He loved having Grandpa and Grandma here. I know he was not ready for them to leave. Poor Grandma was sick the whole time. But she was a trooper and still had a smiley face for everyone. Ryker asked me today if we could move to Grandpa's house. He sure misses them.

Thank You Grandpa and Grandma for visiting. We miss you.

Thursday, October 30, 2008

Well Ryker finally got Grandpa and Grandma to come and visit him today. He Just kept saying, "I so excited grandpa and grandma are coming". Well they did arrive. I don't think he could ask for anything else that would make him happy.

Jord's big day is tomorrow. He enters his catapult in the competition. He launched three pumpkins today and the farthest one went 250 feet. He told me that in order to qualify he had to launch a pumpkin 200 feet. He is pretty excited.

Kenzie is sad that Madison did not come with Grandma. Thanks Madi for getting her all excited. Just kidding. She was voted the "cutest girl" and the "most gullible" for the yearbook nominations this year. I guess they can only win one title so they gave her the most gullible since she had far more votes than anyone else. She is pretty bummed about it. She wont that title last year also. She is trying to save her money for a car next year. I told her I was not ready for her to drive yet. Getting the "most gullible" title has a little to do with that. Thinking and driving is probably going to be hard for her. HA!!! She is sweet and we love her.

We love you all. Miss you.

Tuesday, October 28, 2008

Jordan is busy completing his catapult. He will be in the annual event this Friday.

Wednesday, October 22, 2008

Well I thought I would write and let you know how the kids are doing.

Jordan is busy making his catapult for his physics class. Luckily mom and dad will be here to witness this great event. Schools and people from all over come to enter in this event. We have been lucky enough to store all the 30 pumpkins for the ammunition for the catapults. Jord is getting excited.

Kenzie is loving gymnastics. They are giving her private lessons now. She has advanced ahead of her class so this way she is not being held back. She is learning side flips, standing back flips and so much more. She is very excited to go to class every week. She was feeling a little under the weather yesterday and wanted to stay home from school. Then she remembered that she had gym and decided she couldn't miss school or there would be no gym. So needless to say she went to school and gym that day. But today she is home sick. I guess gym should be every day.

Ryker is so excited to see Grandpa and Grandma Nielson. He is on the phone to grandpa almost every day for at least 30 minutes. Sorry grandpa. He can talk your ear off. He is doing well in preschool and is so excited to ride the bus next year.

Congrats Kim and Jr. We are so happy to hear of your good news. I hope you are both happy.

I better go. We love you all and miss you.

We had the first real snow today, i am up at 2:30 am waching it, i still can't belive my eyes i am sooooo pumpped for winter! you can barely see it but when you see my car or the sky you can tell there is snow

Tuesday, October 7, 2008

Well the kids are doing great. They survived working in harvest. I think Kenzie really liked working. It gave her more time with her friends. They were out there at least 12 hours a day. I thought they would hate it. It took a little persuation to get Jordan to work. I just told him if he didn't work the cash flow would come to an end. He was at work the next day.

Ryker is still going to preschool and loves it. He has a new babysitter now and new friends. It will be good for him. Now the kids he has in daycare will be in his same school. Here in Blackfoot he only had Blackfoot kids in his daycare.

Here are more pitures of the kids. They all turned out so good. It is hard to choose from.

Sunday, September 28, 2008

Here are the latest pictures of the kids. Aunt Teresa was willing to trade hair services for her taking pictures of the kids. They turned out great. I will have to send some out when I get them printed off.

Tuesday, August 26, 2008

Pam is doing well. They again retested her blood and everything is still great. No sign of the leukemia yet. They have started looking for her a bone marrow match again. They had stopped looking when they thought she was not going to make it. She is down to 104 pounds now but she is starting to regain strength from the feeding tub. She is still having problems breathing. Still raspy. We will just hope and pray that she will continue to mend.

Tammy and Neal, we love you and wish we were there with you during this hard time. Neal, we love you and are so grateful for you love and support you show our little sister. We hope you know that we are here if you every need anything. We will be in touch.

Love always

Steph

Sunday, August 24, 2008

Well Jord and Kenzie are back in the full swing of school. They seem to be doing well. Kenzie judges how school will go by how many friends she has in each of her classes.

Jord is becoming more active. He floats the canal with his buddies, starting to go to church dances, and hanging out with his friends more often. It is good to see him having fun. We recently had the neurologist run the yearly test on his brain. They said that he still has memory problems and the ability to concentrate is low but better than one year ago. So he still has to be on meds. The doctor told us this is probably as good as he will get. The first four months is the healing period. Then after that it may improve slightly but not much.

Kenzie is going to start gymnastics again in September. We hope that her ankle will be strong enough to with stand all the jarring of gym. She is going through major pain now because of her braces. She is having a hard time eating. So lots of ice cream and yogurt.

Ryker starts preschool again this fall. He is growing so fast. He has suck a big attitude. I guess that's from all the older brothers and sister. I think I have another Jordan on my hands though. Ryker insisted on clothes shopping when Jord and Kenzie were shopping for school. Not just shopping, he had to go into try the clothes on by himself. I just had to laugh.

Pam is doing well. The doctors have told the family she needs to be back into the hospital. They need to start feeding her real food and she is not eating much. They will put a tub through her nose down to her stomach to get real food into her. They also need to take the iv out of her neck and put it somewhere else. There is still no sign of the leukemia. the white blood cells, red cells, and platelets are also all normal. We went to see her yesterday and she is alert and can nod yes or no to your questions. She is breathing on her own with a slight rasping sound. They just say its not in her lungs but could be a throat problem with the breathing tub that was in her. We keep praying for her continued recovery.

Well we hope things are well for you all.
Steph

These are some of the pictures of Kenzie's trip. Looks like fun!

Sunday, August 17, 2008

Great News!!!! Pam is on her way to recovery. Yesterday her doctor came to her house to check on her. Her white blood cells are normal, platelets are normal, her leukemia is in remission and she is getting water and pudding to eat. What a miracle. The doctors at the hospital in Salt Lake had told everyone that she would not make the trip to Rexburg.

She cannot talk or move her legs so they are going to treat her as if she has had a stroke. She is alert and can nod her head yes and no. They said in about one to three months they will have to start the treatment for the leukemia again. Bart, her husband, said that now she can tell us what she wants to do it will be up to her.

Thank you everyone for all your prayers. We have truly had a miracle in our presence.

We love you all.

Steph

Pam is still hanging on. Every once in a while she will open her eyes and get to look at her children. THey don't think it will be much longer.

Kenzie had a blast in Mexico. We will have to post some pictures when we get them devolped.

We love you all.

Steph

Wednesday, August 13, 2008

Well just to give you and update on Aunt Pam (Lynn), she is home and hospice is taking care of her. She is getting lots of visitors. We went and checked on her last night. She has the breathing tub out and is breathing on her own. She did try to open her eyes yesterday so they lifted her eye lids for her and she looked around the room and was able to look at all her children. They have stopped giving her food and water. The doctor said with the infection in her brain she should live for two to seven days. This was on Monday. We are so gratefull for the time that we have had with her. She is 45 years old. Her two youngest children are the same age as Jordan and Kenzie. Which in some odd way is very comforting to Pams kids. They are always hugging and laughing with them since this all began one month ago. Jord spent the weekend sleeping with his cousins on the hospital floor in Salt Lake Kenz went to a hotel room. Sunday I went down and was able to see Pam and talk to her. At that time she couldn't open her eyes and couldn't talk but was able to shake her head yes.

We are thankful for the lessons we have learned from all of our ordeals this past year and half. We know that Heavenly Father loves us all and is taking care of all our loved ones who have passed on.

We love you and wish you all the best.

Steph

Tuesday, August 5, 2008

Well Kenzie is on her way back from Mexico today. I am excited to see all her pictures. She is going to be a brown little girl. I think all they were doing was playing on the beach.

Jordan is starting to do better. He has finally stopped crying. The funeral was amazing. They knew that lots of people would be there so they had it in the stake center and it was packed. The gym and stage were standing room only. Lucie was a great friend to Jordan and Kenize. She just turned 15 three months ago. It made me cry even harder when I saw the pictures of Lucie and Kenzie together. I hope this has made Jordan think about being a safe driver. Even if you are just the passenger.

Ryker is just finishing up soccer and is excited to go on to T-Ball next year. He is getting to spend some time with his dad lately and loves to be by his side. We are finding out that he is quite the story teller. He has told people that Troy and I am quiting our jobs and moving to Idaho Falls. News to us. What kids will think of.

I better get going I am at work. We love you all.

Saturday, July 5, 2008

Well today was the big grocery shopping day. All the girls met in town and went shopping for the groceries for the cabins. It was quite an ordeal. We hopefully have enough food to feed everyone. We are getting excited to go up there. But that just puts me closer to going back to Blackfoot. Yuk. I sure miss being around my family. We miss you Brian, Candice, Wes and Jen.

I better go get the kids clothes ready for church.

Well we made it to Mom and Dads and the kids are having a blast. Dad has taken the kids for a ride in the bucket of his loader. I thought Ashton was going to jump out will it was in the air. She was a little scared. Dad said they are going to the quicksand tonight and the repelling tomorrow. I hope my medical insurance is up to date. We love coming home the kids have really loved spending the time with their family.

we love you all. Steph

Jord and Kenzie are finally done with school. They are getting excited for all the parties to go to this summer. I think Kenz has a friends party every week. Thats not counting her own birthday.

Jordan is trying to get a job at the Pocatello mall. Hopefully AE will hire him so when it comes to buying school clothes we can get a discount for him and Kenz.

Ryker is doing great. The other day at the daycare the other kids were feeding him change and he would eat them. So we were in the ER trying to find all the change. We could not find even one penny. Either he had passed them by the next day when I took him in or he didn't eat them after all. So lesson learned.

We recently added to our family. We acquired a little kitten. Megan said that she will not add to the destruction of another animal in our family, so she would not help us find a cat. Needless to say we have a hard time keeping animals around our house. Sadie is still with us. We will see how long she will last.

Well I better get going. Kenz has a party to go to tonight.
We miss you all.

Well this are starting to slow down, finally. Kenzie had her screw taken out of her ankle a couple of weeks ago and is doing great. She went to the doctor hopefully for the last time for her ankle. She was told by August she should be able to start doing things with it. So no long hikes with Mark this summer. Jord and Kenzie get to go with Tor on Wednesday and find out if they are getting a brother or sister. Kenzie is still hoping for a girl.
Ryker is about to finish this year of preschool. He is pretty excited to be done. As you can see he is growing fast. He is still the runner of our family.
Jordan is getting ready for school to be out. I can't believe that he is going to be a jr next year. well I better go. We miss all of you.

End of winter report

yes this is jordan giving you my end of winter snow report. I admit it winter is over.....sorry a tear rolled down my check. This year in Idaho we had excellent snow fall about 10 feet up in snowmobiling areas, and 4 feet in the valley. Just this week it was snowing but today it was like 70 degrees but more snow in the forecast!! yes in April/May it snows hear, "April snow showers bring May snow riders!!," we still have about 6 feet up in the mountains so time for one last trip. This year was one of the best new areas where opened up, no one was caught in any avalanches, and I got a new snowmobile (OK so I didn't but my grandpa did and he can't ride them anymore so it is mine, muuhaahaa!) This year My cousins and I ran into some sledneck video crews, although we did not make it into any it was great to be snowmobiling with legends. After we get faster internet I will be putting up videos of me snowmobiling so just you wait!!

Wednesday, April 9, 2008

Kenzie's surgery is scheduled for the 25th of this month. Hopefully she will be back on her ankle in no time. Jord's car is fixed! YA. He sure helps me out with all the running of Makenzie.

Hope all is well for everyone. We miss you all.

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

Well Jord didn't do quite as good at his Forensics event last weekend. He called me Thursday night wanting me to come up to Rexburg and pick him up. It was too late so the next morning I made the trip up to get him. He was pretty upset. His teacher was trying to console him but to no avail. He has never place lower than third and this time he didn't even make the top 7. I guess all the seven places went to Highland kids. It probably didn't hurt that their coach was the judge. Next his car broke down and is in the shop. He is just taking one hit after another.

Kenzie is going back in today for another x-ray and to schedule her next surgery to remove the screw. She will have to be back on crutches for two weeks after that. She wants it done ASAP so she will be back to walking by the end of the school year.

Ryker is doing great. Preschool, daycare, grandmas and aunt Kimmie's work keep him occupied. He went to the monster trucks this weekend and loved every minute of it. I guess it didn't end till 11:30. He stayed awake the whole time. Troy said that he has never seen so many mullets.

I am at work so I better go.

Monday, April 7, 2008

Not much has happened lately. Jordan did not do as well as expected in his forensics tournament. He lost out the first night and called me at about 8:30 pm wanting me to go get him from Rexburg. I told him it was too late and I would pick him up the next morning. I got there about 9:30 the next morning and he was still upset. His teacher came out and was still trying to comfort him to no avail. I guess all seven spots were awarded to the Highland students whoes coach was the judge. Jordan was upset. He has never received lower than third place and was expecting to take first this time. I guess he does the congress part of forensics and is always put in charge of the event. He is the only sophmore that can do this. I hope he sticks with it next year. It is something he is very good at and when he wins, he loves it.

Kenzie and I go back to the foot doctor tommorrow and get more x-rays of her foot. We will then set up her next surgury to remove the screw. They told her she will be back on crutches for two weeks after the screw is removed. She wants to do it ASAP so she will be back walking on it by the end of the school year. She informed me that today was cheer try outs for the next school year. I asked her if the missed it yet. She said no. At the cheer awards this last weekend she was awarded the safest flyer. What a joke. At least she will be on the mend after this next visit to the hospital. Her friend Morgan still has to wait 3 years to have surgury on her ACL.

Ryker went to the monster trucks with Troy and the boys this weekend. I guess it didn't get over till 11:30 p.m. Ryker stayed awake the whole time. Loving every minute of it. Troy said that he has never seen so many mullets. Ryker is keeping busy going to pre-school and helping aunt Kimmy (Watt) in her flower shop. He was washing windows for her when I took the trip to Rexburg to get Jord.

As for me, I started thinking that I things under control, then other things pop up. I just paid off all but one bill and then Jord's car breaks down, another $1,000.00 bill for my tonsils come in the mail, four months late, Jord is arguing with me over what classes he is going to take for next year, can I just get a break for a little while. The trials a mother has to go through. I am thankfull I have been very blessed with my children. I love them very much.

Janae I am so glad you finally started a Blog. I am sure you are just as busy with your life. It is so good to hear from all of you.

Jord loves to go play in the snow. This is Mark and Jord in Sawtell. That is Jord on the left with the new Ski Doo High Mark. It is not as heavy to muscle around, faster, and all around funner to play in. As you have guessed Jord is behind me telling me what to type.

Jord loves to go play in the snow. This is Mark and Jord in Sawtell

Easter was kind of quite. Jordan and Kenzie were in Vegas with Mark so we just had Ryker to keep us busy.

Things are starting to get back into a regular schedule. Kenzie has therapy every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until 5:30. Jordan is helping me run her around every day she has therapy. She is finally starting to walk on it a little better.

Jordan made the honor roll this semester and is doing very well. He is going to the NFL (National Forensic League) this next week. His teacher thinks he can win the whole thing. That would be great for him. He is excited to be done with school in the end of May.

Ryker is keeping us on our toes. the Easter bunny brought him all the Tee Ball equipment there is. His dad was so excited. I guess he didn't have this chance with the other boys so he is making sure Ryker will be ready next summer for Tee Ball. Every day we need to practice with him or he gets upset.

Wednesday, March 12, 2008

Well not much has changed. I am still dealing with sick children (including Troy). Ryker has bronchitis and Troy has extremely high blood pressure. They are giving him two weeks to get things under control or they will have to take a look at his heart. His liver is not doing good either and they want to see if it is because of his high blood pressure or if it is having problems also.

Jordan and Kenzie just found out that Mark and Tor are going to give them a new brother or sister. They are very excited!

Kenzie is starting physical therapy and is going three days a week. I thought they would really work her over to get some movement back in her ankle but they are just soaking her in a hot tub and then in ice. She still has quite a bit of swelling in her ankle. The doctor said that in two more months she will have to go back into surgery to have the screw taken out. We are hoping she will be back to herself but July for out trip.

Jordan is doing very well in school finally. He is hoping to get in Honor society this year. I am so glad that his med's are finally getting figured out to help his injury. I am now on a diet which is good. My cholesterol is 210. yuk. Hopefully Troy and I can get things together and start eating and exercising like we need to.

Well I am at work so I better go.
We miss you all.

Tammy here is one for you

I thought you might like this picture Tammy. I thought it was really cute. We went to Boise to the state basketball games this weekend. It was a lot of fun. Jord, Kenzie, Morgan, and I went up for the weekend. It was my first time away from Ryker since he was born. Pretty bad since he is four years old now. It was kind of nice to hop out of the car and not worry about your little one. He spent the weekend home with dad. Kenzie and Morgan are still hoping around. Kenzie is in a walking boot and is suppose to be trying to walk on it. She is trying but said that it still really hurts and doesn't want to walk on it. Swimming and hot tubbing this weekend I think kind of helped those leg muscles. I cant believe how much bigger her right leg is to her left leg. All weekend long people were asking the two of them what happened. But it all made it worth it when we went to the Boise mall and Kenzie was able to use a wheel chair. We are going to try to send her to school this week without her crutches.

Jordan loved going to the ball games, the first day. The second day Snake River lost, he wasn't so happy. The third day he didn't want to go back to the game, but decided in the end to go and Snake River won. So they took third at state. That was ok but the best thing is they killed Shelly High School. The are huge rivals. We beat them by almost 20 points. YA!

Well I hope you are all doing well.

Kenzie's new hair cut

Kenzie's new hair cut.
Thought I would up keep you on everything. Kenzie is not in a walking boot. It hurts her pretty bad so she still uses the crutches with light pressure on the foot until it feels a little better. When they took the cast off there was a lump on the side of her leg. The doctor said that he has never seen that before so in two more weeks he will see if the lump has gone down. If not we will need to get it looked at again.

Jordan is doing good. He has started working again, thank goodness. That kid goes though more money than I have. He is almost getting straight A's in school now. His medication is working well. He is going to the state play-offs this weekend in Boise and is pretty excited about that.

Ryker is battling something right now. He has had a fever of 101 to 103 these last four days and is starting to feel better today but he is still right at 100 degrees. So he is spending the day with grandpa Watt today.

We love you all.

Up date on Lockdown

The kids are going good. Jordan still doesn't understand how this could all happen over a girl breaking up with him.

They did find the boy about 8:00 that night. He had shot himself there on school grounds. I guess he drove his truck back to the school and hide out there on school grounds. They have not said where they have found him.

I am at work so I need to go.

Love you all

Jordan and Kenzie's school is in lockdown as I write this. Luckily Kenzie did not go to school today, her classmates are still in the autitorium and very scared. Jordan was there but because he had his own car, was searched, led out by four arm police officers, out to his car, then had his car searched, drove down the football field and then searched again before being let out onto the main road. Any of his classmates that did not drive to school that day are still there on lockdown. Thank you Sha for letting us buy your car. It has saved Jordan's life today.

They are saying a girl broke up with her boyfriend, he then went home got a gun and went back to school. His mom called the school and said she did not know what he was capable of. Once he got to the high school he noticed the police coming and ran over to the Jr. High to hide. Kenzie has been on the phone texting her friends but the jr high told the kids to stop talking and texting. So here we sit waiting for the rest of our friends and family to get out safely.

On another note, Kenzie's friend Morgan got the bad news about her knee. He ACL it blown out from her cheer fall. Also, today another cheer girl on kenzie's team went snowboarding for a school activity and broke her ankle. I guess Kenzie started a new trend.

We love you all. Please keep all of our kids in your minds. I don't know how much more of this is can take. I sure am grateful here again that my kids are home safe and that Heavenly Father is keeping a close eye on them. Kenzie would still be there now if she hadn't stayed home today. What a blessing from Heavenly Father. And that Jordan was told to cover the windows, lock the doors to his classroom, to try to keep the boy from seeing in or getting in. And now he is home safe. Heavenly Father has watched over him today. How gratefull I am for all Heavenly Father has done for me and my children.

Well I now have two cheerleading girls to take care of. Morgan, Kenzie's best friend, was also dropped in cheerleading and has possibly tore her LCL. Morg is spending the night tonight and I will just drive both of them to school tomorrow. Just think of having two girls hobbeling around on crutches. They are pretty upset because tomorrow is the Valentines Dance at school.

It was fun to hear from all of you. It's nice to keep in touch. We love you all. Steph

This is Ryker with his new Christmas bike. I thought getting a bike at Christmas was a bad idea because he couldn't ride it outside but he is burning up the carpet. Maybe be summer we can take the training wheels off.

Jord and Kenna at Grandmas house. We love you little Kenna.

Kenzie at the hospital
Kenie is doing better. We took her and had four of her permanent teeth pulled. So with her swollen face and her crutches it looks like I have beet on her. Hopefully she will be in a boot on the 21st of February.

Jordan is doing great. He really enjoying his car. He drives to school every day. He has had a great opportunity to go and shadow Dr. Peggy. He loved it. Dr Peggy is hooking him up with a Neuraligist doctor. That is what Jordan wants to be when he grows up.
Jord is accelling in Forensics (Speech and Debate). He has taken third, second, and second in the three sessions. He is on his way to taking state with his newest paper is writting. He loves to debate with me all the time and I am willing to let him win.

Ryker is loving prescool. He keeps me busy with daycare, preschool, an runs to the hospital to get his head glued back together. He is sure growing up and loves to play with Austin and Jake.

Troy is keeping busy at work. If you can call going to Jazz games and going to California to "check out" wheat. He is busy trying to get the equipment back in order and getting rid of the waste water at the warehouse. In -30 degree weather the pivot doesn't want to work to get all the waste water out of the pond. They spend many hours defrosting the pivot.

I am glad to have all my kids still alive after all the troubles they have gotten into this past year. The car wreck, Jordans arm in the belt at work, Ryker skalping himself in the nursery, my tonsils, and now kenzies leg. I was hoping that things would get better in 2008 but Kenzie kicked it off with a bang or a break I should say.

Thing have just fallen into place for them to be ok and get the best doctors in the area. I know that they are being watched over.
